HUMOS Project is born from love, located in the heart of Cacheuta Mendoza Argentina. Passionate about gastronomy and fires, our commitment is to provide a gastronomic experience that tells the story of our land, family and the foods that we inherit from them.
 

The asado is more than a typical food of our country, it is a ritual that our ancestors taught us, we grew up gathered around meetings around the fire. As a story and experiences we acquired it over time, today we share it with you. 
 

We are Paulina and Agustín, the hosts of our place in the mountains. Together with Franco we will take care of giving them a gastronomic experience around the smoke that brings us together. 
 

Open the doors of the house, invite them to the center of fires and make them part of our Mendoza barbecue ritual, where regional seasonal products added to our history, will be the protagonists of each meeting.
